As already described in our History page, so the Virtual Falcons are a Multinationale Team. So we also have Teammembers who are joining 2 Teams actually. This is actually not the correct way to lead a Online Team, but those Teammembers are present in our Staff team only. They are doing their Job for us and thats all. I.e. Wine'69 is joining 2 Teams. He's the Aircraft Modder in our Team and for the Virtual F16 Demo team. Lean is a further example in this case, so he's our Solo Display Pilot and also Pilot within an Argentina Squadron called Virtual Cruz Del Sur. But the main team in our Squadron, meaning the Display team Pilots are present in our Team only. Those ones are the only ones which are not allowed to join 2 Teams.

This section represense the whole Part of that Team which is sitting in the Cockpit. Anyway on which position. Each single Position can be visited by the Team Section of the Website. The main idea of our Squadron is to devide the Jobs into the Flying Group and the non flying Group. Both groups cant survive without the other one, thats why the Team is very solid. The Staff Group represents all those Teammembers who are working active on the Flight groups support. The head of all is the Head Management. The Staff Groub Members do not belong to the regulary flying Team but are serving the Team with their specific jobs as their are the Public relations Manager, the Aircraft modder, the Team Event Manager, the Treasurer and the Graphic Designer.

The Flight leader is the same person/Pilot which is sitting in the lead machine (No 1). His job is to lead the Formation while an Airshaow and his non flying Job is to lead and organize the Flyingh Group. He always knows about the abilitys of each Pilot and knows whenever it's needed to move a Pilot from one Position to another or to change a Pilot completely. He works hand in hand with the Head management to lead the Whole Display Team.

The head management is exactly the same for the Staff group what the Flight Leader is for the Flight group. But his Job is not only to be a contact Person for the Staff team members he is also the Contact person fo the Whole Community. Espacially when it comes to any events. Then the head mangement has to organize all the related things for the Show with the Staff Team of the respective Event (i.e. VFAT)

The Diamond Formation is the core element of our Team. All around is turning around this Team. The Delta Formation itself consists out of 4 Aircrafts only. This is the Leader, the left located Aircraft also called left wing, the right located Aircraft also called right wing and the slot which is right under the lead and betwee left and right wing. This formation together with the Solo Display team represents the Virtual falcons Aerobatic Display team. Flight performances can be seen in the screenshots and/or in the movie section.

The Solo Team is performing together with the Delta Formation. The Job of the Solo Pilots is to fill out the delay which is caused by the Delta Formation while there're curving around the Airfield. That almost happens each time one figur has finally been performed. The Team consists out of the Solo Lead and hims opsoing Pilot. Both pilots have to be extremly similar with each other to ensure a secure Show, while probably performing an oposing knife edge.

The Solo Display Pilot has an own job within the whole team. He has to perform the single Aircraft Display. Those Programs are always full of spectecular figurs and highlited moments. If Air stunt A(c)erobatic is an existing vocable so I would call it like this. The Solo Display Pilot has not only to perform an amazing Show he also has to represent the Virtual falcons Aerobatic Displayteam at the annually VFAT.

What is public relations? And what is it ment for a Team, may be what is it ment for a Team like an Aerobatic Display Team? Well, public relations is actually nothings more then taking information from the inside to outside of an specific "area". In this case is this Area our Display team. In the real Worls PR is much more. It is an assessment tool to found and keep contact between companys and their "probably" customers. But we wont like to sell anythings, we only wont you let you know what we're doing between the events. The PR manager or public relations Manager has much to do within our Team. He has to keep the Website up to date and he has to administratde the Forums. That also means many ideas and many know how in using different tools like Gimp/Photoshop, FTP tools and Forum engines aso. He also has to create needed grapfics for aplications for events like VFAt and other things.

The Aircraft Modder has the Job to support the Team with the Aircatft Mod. This is not a Job for only one time and then it's done. The Virtual Falcons will have a little change each season of virtual Flying. In example this year we will have some small but fine changings to the mod. The Aircraft Modder is working close together with the Head Management and the Flight Leader to get the requested changings and also with the Graphic designer to recieve respective graphics to realize the leaders illusions.

The grapfic Designer in our Team has the job to highlite the most impressive moments of our shows and represent them in Graphics and Screenshots. He also supports the webmaster with graphics for the website and is working close together with the Aircraft modder. If requested so he is creating graphics for other Teams also.

The Treasurer within our Team has an important Job. His work is unfortunately totaly unnoticable in the Internet but more important for the real life expiriences within the Team. Those events like meeting on real Airshows and meeting just for camping and having fun are somehow to be payed by each single member who joined such an event. And this is right the point where the Treasurer comes in the game. He has to make sure that all members are paying their fee for any meetings and he also has to care about the Webserver, which wants to be payed each year as well. This Job is currently ín progress by Tass, but shall get handed over soon to Darcy so far Tass will definately join the Position within the Flight Group. An example is the RNLAF open days in Volkl which is an annually Life event and will be a fixed part of the real life expiriences for the Virtual Falcons Display Team. But theres much more to do like organizing and so on But this is a job of another Teammember, the Team Event Manger.

The Team Event Manager has it's most work without the Internet and without virtual Aerobatic. His (or in this case) Her's Job is to organize the Team meetings round about our Life events of Airshows, Camping, Barbecue or what ever. Someone has to think about things like, has everyone somethings to food, are enough tents available, what is about the fee for the Camping ground, may be entrance cards for Theme Parks and so on. So this Job is not very much known but nevertheless important.

The Narrator of a Team has to introduce and to highlite the program of an Aerobatic Team, so better the Narrator so much more will be expected of a team. If the narrator is pretty bad becuase he's either telling bullshit or always stuttering so the expectation for a team is not very high. But if the introducing is well perfromed and the highliting of individual flight performances so the expectation of a good quality of the show is much higher. Thats why it's pretty important not only to have one but more to have good one. The narrtor of a team should have an impressive voice. Due to the fact that the Aerobatic Community is more english languaged then any other language so it would be insane if the Narrtor isnt able to speak english, in gramma and pronunciation. The Narrator of our Team is living in the USA. So we musnt care about grammatics and pronunciation.
